How long have you been writing?:I wrote my first short story in third grade and my first novel when I was 19 (I'm 37 now)
What are your goals for joining the group? Any publishing plans?: My goals are to improve and help other improve. I am currently pursuing traditional publication, with no success whatsoever.

Tell us a little about yourself! Any non-writing interests or hobbies you'd care to share?: I'm primarily a stay at home dad to twin 6-year-olds. I do freelance writing for Popular Science and Reviewed.com and am a hobbyist woodworker as well.
